Only personal data that is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures or that you have voluntarily provided to us are collected.

Personal information is all information that serves to identify you and which can be traced back to you – for example, your name, address, email address, telephone number, sales tax identification number, date of birth, age, gender, or social security number.

3. Use of the data

We will not process the data provided to us for purposes other than to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures or with your consent or other purposes covered by a provision in accordance with the GDPR. The data you provide is required to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you.

4. Transmission of data to third parties

In order to fulfill your order, it may also be necessary to transfer your data to third parties (e.g. our tax advisors, processing banks, our lawyers, any other service providers we use to fulfill the contract, and to whom we have to provide data for these purposes, etc.) or to authorities and public authorities within the legal obligation to forward. Some of the recipients of your personal data mentioned above are located outside of your country or process your personal data there. The level of data protection in other countries may not correspond to Austria. However, we only transfer your personal data to countries for which the EU Commission has decided that they have an adequate level of data protection or we take measures to ensure that all recipients have an adequate level of data protection, which is why we have standard contractual clauses (2010/87 / EC and/or 2004/915 / EC).

If changes to your personal data arise, we request that you notify us accordingly.

You have the right to withdraw your consent to the use of your personal data at any time. Your input for information, deletion, correction, objection, and/or data transfer, in the latter case, provided that this does not cause a disproportionate effort, can be sent to the address given in this declaration.

If you believe that the processing of your personal data by us violates the applicable data protection law or your data protection claims have been violated in any other way, you have the option of complaining to the responsible supervisory authority. The data protection authority in Austria is responsible for this.

6. Data security

The protection of your personal data takes place through appropriate organizational and technical precautions. These precautions concern in particular the protection against unauthorized, illegal or accidental access, processing, loss, use, and manipulation.

However, keep in mind that data transmission over the Internet can always be subject to security gaps. Full protection against access by strangers is not possible. Regardless of the efforts to maintain a consistently high level of due diligence, it cannot be ruled out that information that you provide to us via the Internet will be viewed and used by other people.

Please note that we, therefore, accept no liability whatsoever for the disclosure of information due to errors in data transmission that are not caused by us and/or unauthorized access by third parties (e.g. hack attack on email account or telephone, interception of faxes).

7. Announcement of violations of data protection

We strive to ensure that data protection violations are recognized as soon as possible and, if necessary, immediately reported to you or the responsible supervisory authority, taking into account the respective data categories that are affected.

8. Storage of the data

We will not keep data longer than is necessary to fulfill our contractual or legal obligations and to defend or enforce claims.
